Jack's La Jolla - Viaggio, an Italian restaurant

Jack's has three different restaurants and five lounges under one roof in the heart of La Jolla.The most outstanding, and truly the heart of Jack's La Jolla's three restaurants is Jack's Italian restaurant, Viaggio, where Chef Tony DiSalvo displays his culinary creativity. Chef DiSalvo, formerly chef de cuisine at New York's Jean Georges, oversees all three of Jack's kitchens. Chef Tony's home made pastas and sweet corn raviolini with Maine lobster are inspired by his grandmother's early cooking lessons. Tony's dedication to fresh ingredients and uniquely Italian sensibility make Viaggio a necessity for anyone who loves cooking and eating Italian food. Most of Viaggio's entrees are less than $30 and Viaggio features a daily pre-theatre menu (prior to 6:30PM) with some dishes discounted as much as fifty percent. Jack's is also one of San Diego's hotspots with five lounges, ocean view terraces, retractable roof, DJ/Dancing, and piano bar.
